Besides holidays, I’m used to eating the same thing in the same store every single day. I don’t know if this kind of custom is healthy (both mentally and physically ). I’m quite enjoying it.
Mainly, I have two reasons for it. First, I was a fat guy in the old times. During my period of losing weight, I set series of serious meal plans for calorie conrol. Although I have been slimming as if I’ve become addicted to drugs, I am still limiting my calorie intake.
Next, life is harsh; I don’t want to try new foods because I’m not sure whether they will ruin my mood of that day. Working or studying is more important than most things. As I have written above, I have to calculate calories before I decide to eay anything. Trying new foods will cost me time for calculating.
In other words, I’m not willing to take risks of trying new menus, so I almost eat the same thing every day. By the way, during holidays, I’d like to learn new recipes and cook by myself.
