My seminar needed some photos about a restaurant in the town. I decided to finish this difficult mission. Even though today was rainy and cold, I grabbed my camera and went to that restaurant.
After getting my seat, I showed the waitress my ID and got the permission to take some shots. I shot several times after ordered a meal — a 250g pork steak. I had not waited too long before they brought me the meal. Then, I shot more on the steak and started to eat.
Although the meal was expensive, I got why. It was the most tender pork I ever ate in Japan. It was soft and juicy. Of course the course included common rice and miso soup. Anyway, this dinner cost me ten times more than usual, but it is all for field research…
